Call for Papers (Issue 1, 2026)

Journal of New Technology and Materials (JNTM), ISSN: 2170-161X; EISSN: 2588-2082, invites authors to submit manuscripts for Issue 1 of 2026, scheduled for publication in June 2026. The journal welcomes original research articles, review papers, short communications, technical notes, theoretical studies, computational studies, and applied research papers in materials science, materials engineering, nanoscience, nanotechnology, applied physics, chemistry, life sciences, and related areas of new technology.

JNTM is an international peer-reviewed, diamond open access journal. Authors are invited to submit high-quality manuscripts presenting significant advances in materials synthesis, processing, characterization, testing, modeling, applications, and technological development. Topics may include advanced functional materials, smart materials, composite materials, polymeric materials, ceramic materials, metallic materials, semiconductor materials, biomaterials, thin films, coatings, surface engineering, energy materials, optical materials, electronic materials, magnetic materials, photonic materials, and materials for industrial and engineering applications.

The journal follows a single-blind peer-review process. Initial editorial screening usually takes approximately 7 days, the peer-review process usually takes approximately 60 days, and accepted manuscripts are normally published within approximately 10 days after acceptance, subject to production and author proof correction. Accepted papers will appear in the current available issue once they are ready for publication.

Journal of New Technology and Materials does not charge submission fees, article processing charges, peer-review fees, or publication fees. All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

Authors should submit their manuscript by email to submission@newtechmaterials.org. At the initial submission stage, authors must submit the complete manuscript as a PDF file together with a cover letter. The cover letter is mandatory, and submissions without a cover letter may be considered incomplete and may not be processed or acknowledged by the editorial office.
