Journal of New Technology and Materials (JNTM) is a diamond open access journal. This means that all articles published in the journal are freely available to readers, and authors are not required to pay any publication charges.
Journal of New Technology and Materials does not charge authors any Article Processing Charges (APCs), submission fees, editorial processing fees, peer-review fees, publication fees, or online hosting fees.

Articles are published under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license permits use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided that proper credit is given to the original author(s) and the source.
Editorial Independence
The absence of publication charges does not affect the journal’s editorial standards. All submitted manuscripts are evaluated according to their scholarly quality, originality, relevance to the journal’s scope, methodological soundness, and contribution to the field of materials science and engineering.
Editorial decisions are based solely on academic merit and peer-review assessment. No payment is requested or accepted in exchange for editorial consideration, acceptance, or publication.
Waiver Policy
Because Journal of New Technology and Materials does not charge APCs or publication fees, a waiver policy is not applicable. All authors, regardless of country, institution, or funding status, are able to publish without paying publication charges.
